You know when you are craving several things at once? Right now I am really into cheese, berries, and balsamic (surprise, surprise, I know).
I thought it would be a great idea to smash all of these glorious things on top of a beautiful little burger this time.
You HAVE to try these sliders (and you’ll have to bear with me on the title because I couldn’t shorten it. Nope, not one tiny bit). Please please puh-leeeeeease make these. They will change everything you ever thought about burgers.

I know what you are thinking.

I don’t know why I decided to do it. I was inspired to try it from the almighty Pinterest gods and then I just couldn’t get the idea out of my head.
So here it is. And folks, I just have to say, it is AMAZING.

Grilled cheese and tomato soup are one of my ultimate comfort foods. It reminds me of cold days spent snuggled up in a blanket, watching movies, and completely forgetting about all responsibilities.
Remember those days?

I know, I know, I need to put the truffle oil down and back away.
I just can’t help it. I have been literally CRAVING it.
And with popcorn and cheese? Oh yes. That’s the good stuff.
When I lived in Italy, I was obsessed with Caprese Salads.
I couldn’t get enough of them. They were my fuel. In addition to massive amounts of espresso, Nutella stuffed pastries, pizza, and (most importantly) PASTA.
If you know me at all you know that I have a severe addiction to bread in all forms.
It’s to the point where the people I go to dinner with simply leave the bread basket in front of me at restaurants and order another basket so they can make sure they get at least get one slice with their meal.

You know those days when you want to show someone how much you love them and cook them an amazing meal?
This is that meal.
I wish I could say that I am glorious enough to make this recipe up completely on my own.
Then I would demand that you bow down to my greatness.
Look at this gorgeous mess of a pizza.
Now that’s the right way to start the new year. Really ANYTHING with balsamic vinegar is the right way to start the year.

I have had a box of orzo sitting in my pantry for a couple of months now because I had no idea what to do with it. Every recipe I found was for a pasta salad and since pasta salad is not something I like to eat regularly, I have been putting off using it.
FINALLY I found something to do with this rice-like pasta that is not a cold salad, but a warm, luscious, simple version of Mac and Cheese.
