Cherries are in season and I am obsessed. There’s nothing like a big bowl of cherries for breakfast. Or lunch. Or dessert. It never seems like they are in season long enough, so I inevitably try to gobble as many as I can up before they disappear for another year.
Adding these fresh, ripe cherries to a Moscow mule is a match made in heaven. The sweet and tart cherries with the spicy ginger beer (I love a ginger beer that really packs the ginger in!) really hits your taste buds with a ton of flavor.
I am especially excited about sharing this cocktail because today is a day for me to celebrate! I am finally getting the eye correction procedure I have been waiting to get for who knows how many years. In just an hour from now, I’ll be heading back home and getting ready to a couple days of recovery.
I’ll be a little absent for the next few days but I am leaving you in great company with this perfectly summery cherry Moscow mule. Cheers to clear vision!

Sounds good, But I really want the mugs, Where might I find them?
You can find them at Bed, Bath and Beyond or, if you don’t want to hunt them down, just check on Amazon! They have lots of different choices for copper mugs.
