Chile Beer Sangria

Chile-infused whiskey and citrus bring out so many flavors in the beer! Even the men are gonna wanna get all up in this one ladies ;)

ingredients

Chile-Infused Whiskey
  • Handful of halved fresh chiles I used a combo of Serrano and Fresno
  • 1 1/4 cup whiskey
Sangria
  • Chile-infused whiskey
  • 1 large grapefruit sliced
  • 1 naval orange sliced
  • 1 large lime sliced
  • 36 oz beer chilled (I used Session - it's the perfect accompaniment for all the flavors in this!)

instructions

  • In an airtight container, combine whiskey and chiles.
  • Seal and let rest for 24 hours. You can do longer if you want to! Just know it’ll be SPICY AF.
  • In a pitcher, combine chile-infused whiskey, grapefruit, orange, and lime.
  • Chill for at least 2 to 3 hours.
  • When ready to serve, top sangria base with beer. Stir to combine and serve.
