Coconut Mango Lassi

ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped fresh mango 2 medium or 1 large
  • 1/4 cup fresh young coconut water
  • 1/4 cup Sprouts Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Sprouts Blue Nectar Agave
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • Garnish: ground cardamom mango slices

instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend together until smooth.
  • Pour into two glasses and garnish with fresh mango slices and a sprinkle of cardamom.
