I used Oskar Blues’ Fugli Yuzu & Ugli Fruit IPA for an extra hint of fruit!

Garnish: mint sprig
instructions
Add gin, grapefruit juice and St. Germain to a cocktail glass. Stir to combine.
Fill glass with ice.
Finish with IPA.

Garnish with mint sprig and serve.
