Chicken Spinach & Artichoke Dip French Bread

ingredients

  • 2 chicken skinless boneless chicken breasts cooked and chopped
  • 1 14 oz can of artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 5 oz fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese + more for topping
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large French bread loaf cut in half lengthwise

instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, stir together chicken, artichokes, spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, cayenne, salt and pepper until well combined.
  • Spread the chicken artichoke mixture on each half of the bread, dividing the mixture evenly between the two. Sprinkle with more mozzarella cheese (about 1/4 cup on each half).
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until warm and gooey. To get that browned top, stick it under the broiler set to High for one minute.
  • Serve immediately.
