2chicken skinless boneless chicken breastscooked and chopped
1 14ozcan of artichoke heartsdrained and chopped
5ozfresh spinachchopped
1cupsour cream
1/2cupmayonnaise
1tspgarlic powder
1/4tsponion powder
1/2cupmozzarella cheese + more for topping
1/4cupgrated parmesan cheese
1/4tspcayenne pepper
1/4tspsalt
1/4tspblack pepper
1large French bread loafcut in half lengthwise
instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, stir together chicken, artichokes, spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, cayenne, salt and pepper until well combined.
Spread the chicken artichoke mixture on each half of the bread, dividing the mixture evenly between the two. Sprinkle with more mozzarella cheese (about 1/4 cup on each half).
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until warm and gooey. To get that browned top, stick it under the broiler set to High for one minute.
