Unwrap the candy canes and add the to a food processor. Process until the candy canes become a fine dust (don't inhale when you open the cover or prepare for an intense coughing attack that has a minty burn!). If you don't have a food processor, add the candy canes to a large ziploc bag and grind into a powder with a meat tenderizer (the smooth side!) or roll with a rolling pin.

Add the candy cane dust to vodka in a pitcher and stir. Allow to sit for at least 15 minutes and then strain. Bottle the vodka in small bottles or one large bottle.
