- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 Tbsp smoked paprika regular paprika will also work
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar light or dark
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Mix ingredients together in a bowl, until well-combined.
Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months in a cool, dark place.
