  • 12 pieces thinly-sliced prosciutto

instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Add prosciutto slices to the baking sheet, making sure they do not overlap.
  • Bake for 9 to 12 minutes, until the slices begin to shrivel and turn golden. Be sure to keep a close eye on it because the slices can burn quickly.
  • Remove from oven and let cool on the pan for 5 to 10 minutes. The slices will continue to crisp up as they cool!
  • Serve as desired!
